He carries a pistol on him at all times, it is always hidden in his jacket or the head of the gun is placed down into his pants. He owns a large amount of pistols, he also has quite a few rifles, automatic, burst, and single shot, three different kind. He owns a sniper rifle and rocket launcher, but they are both locked in a chest inside his house, down in his basement, he rarely uses them.
{Personality}
He comes off as a grumpy racist (He isn't really) old man who hates everything, though there is much more to him. He is very protective of those he respects and cares for. He very rarely calls people his friend, so when if he does you have probably become very close to him. He is actually a very good man, despite the amount of bloodshed he had seen in his army days. He is famous for kick ass one liners, and usually before taking some one out, he pretends to shoot them with his finger, as if it is a warning or threat. He is also a smoker and a drinker, the old man loves his beer.
{Background}
William was born and raised on Earth, born into a military style family. His father was very rough on him, but it was to make him strong, to make him into a true man. William began practicing his shooting at the young age of ten, his father being the one who helped him train. William had his eyes set on the military at very young age, though he was not expecting to be ordered to do what he did....William joined at the young age of eighteen, he made it through boot camp and stuck with the army for about five years before a terrible war broke out. He was shipped off into this war, being forced to murder many people, young boys who did not belong in the war. He is forced to live with these terrible memories, like any war veteran. But it was his choice, and his burden to bear, that was how his father raised him...To be strong...To be a true man...Once the war ended William was bestowed many honors and medals, but he left the military. He had served his time, he was ready to live his life and settled down...Not too long after leaving, he met his lovely wife Cynthia. He claimed her to be the best god damn thing that ever happened to him. He settled down and had two sons, those of which after they were grown split apart and grew apart from William. William always felt terrible for never really getting to know his sons, but he just didn't know how. His family has a few reunions here and there, though when ever they are actually thrown, William is just thought of as grumpy old gramps...No body in his family liked him, to William they were all spoiled slobs...So the feeling was practically mutual...At around age sixty or so, his wife passed on from a terrible sickness...She fought it off for awhile, but eventually her body's strength just gave out. William was struck with grief, and only filled with more hatred...He now lives as a lonely old man on Earth, living with his dog Daisy.
Abilities: Despite his old frail body he is actually very strong and durable for his age, though it still impairs him. He is an expert with any type of gun, his aim is almost never off, even with his age his skills have not diminished. He knows a large amount of military combat, making him a rather great fighter, but unfortunately his age still handicaps him. He is also very good at fixing things, he can fix nearly anything despite it's condition, but with in reason. He is an expert driver, very few compare to his driving skills, his piloting skills are not as good, but they are still pretty top notch.
