Abilities: Timothy, due to early experiments in his life, developed a quantum mechanic paradox within his genetic structure, due to his unique condition and several other contributing factors he developed the ability to stop, fast forward, or reverse the flow of time instead of being ripped apart from the inside out, like most of the other test subjects, when he activates the power the world will enter a suspended state, everything will pause and take on a dull gray color, from here he can move freely, affect time, or un-suspend others so that they can move freely and be affected by the power as well

History: from birth Timothy was stricken with Peripheral Neuropathy and was robbed of the use of his legs, he had to be carried for much of his earlier life and around the age most kids were learning to walk, he was learning to control his wheelchair, he was shunned by his peers and drowned himself in his books and created many imaginary friends to entertain himself, after awhile his parents couldn't take the pressure and gave him up for adoption, Timothy was in the orphanage for awhile before a man came to adopt him, however this man was a physics scientist, looking for a child with Timothy's unique affliction to test a new physics experiment on, he took and and immediately began performing painful and horrific experiments on Timothy, eventually Timothy learned to control his power and escaped with it, he is now on the run....
